Awarded Savings by User

The Awarded Savings by User report summarizes the amount of savings on request for quote event for each buyer. Buyers are organized by Awarded Savings. To be included, a buyer must have created at least one request for quote event in the dashboard's filtered time period.

Column Description
Buyer Name

Displays the name of a buyer in Fairmarkit.

If you drill into this value, you can review and download a summary of the events the buyer created. This includes Full Name, Opened at Date, Lowest Bid, and Quotations.

Awarded Savings

Displays the sum of awarded savings for your request for quote events. This value is calculated at the event level as baseline spend - awarded bid. This calculation only includes values where you saved money. ClosedExample.

If you drill into this value, you can review and download a summary of the event. This includes the RFQ ID, Request ID, Status, Created at Date, Title, Identified Savings, and Awarded Savings.
% of Savings

Displays the buyer's percentage of savings across all listed buyers. This value is calculated as Awarded Savings (for a buyer) / Total Awarded Savings (across all displayed buyers).
Missed Savings

Displays the amount of missed savings. This value is calculated as Identified Savings - Awarded Savings.

If you drill into this value, you can review and download a list of events included in the calculation. This includes a breakdown for each event, including the RFQ ID Link, Request ID, Status, Created at Date, Title, Non-lowest Bid Awarding Reason, Awarding Note, Identified Savings, Awarded Savings, and Missed Savings (USD).
