Download data

As you're reviewing your dashboards and reports, you can download your data to a variety of formats.

Download dashboard data

To download all of the data from one of your dashboards:

  1. For your dashboard, click the menu button, and select Download.
    The Download window displays.
  2. In Format, select if you want to download the dashboard in PDF or CSV format.
  3. Set the remaining values as needed.
  4. Click Download.

Download report data

To download data from one of your reports:

  1. Hover over the top, right corner of a report, click the menu button, and select Download Data.
    The Download window displays.
  2. In Format, select one of the following formats:
    • TXT (tab-separated values)
    • Excel Spreadsheet (Excel 2007 or later)
    • CSV
    • JSON
    • HTML
    • Markdown
    • PNG (image of visualization)
  3. Set the Advanced data options as needed.
  4. Click Download.
