The Supplier Responses by Status & Week report provides a chart of supplier activity on events. Each bar represents a week and includes a color-coded breakdown of supplier responses to events.
Recommendation: Use the Invitation Sent Date filter to modify the time frame displayed on the chart.

| Unopened (red) | Displays the number of event invitations that were not opened by suppliers. |
| Opened, No Response (orange) | Displays the number of event invitations where suppliers opened the invitiation but did not send a response. |
| Selected 'No Bid' (yellow) | Displays the number of event invitations that suppliers responded to with 'No Bid.' |
| Submitted (light blue) | Displays the number of event invitations where suppliers submitted a response. |
| Awarded (dark blue) | Displays the number of event invitations where suppliers submitted a response and were awarded the event. |
