Share a template

A template can be used when creating a new event, ensuring consistency across events, and is easily shared with other buyers in your organization. After you create a template, you can share it with all of the buyers in your organization or with other buyers in your assigned teams. You can only share a template if you created the template or you are the Admin for your organization. If necessary, you can also remove access to the template.

Share a template with organization

  1. From the menu, select Templates.
    The Templates screens displays.
  2. For the template, click actions and then select Share.
    The Share template window displays.
  3. From Share with, select Entire Company.
  4. Click Confirm.

Share a template with teams

  1. From the menu, select Templates.

    The Templates screens displays.
  2. For the template, click actions and then select Share.

    The Share template window displays.
  3. From Share with, select All Teams I'm in.
  4. Click Confirm.

Remove access to a template

  1. From the menu, select Templates.
    The Templates screens displays.
  2. For the template, click actions and then select Share.
    The Share template window displays.
  3. From Share with, select Not shared.
  4. Click Confirm.
