When a buyer withdraws a request for proposal (RFP) or request for information (RFI) event, you'll receive an email update.

Email subject

The email subject will be:

• ((Buyer company name)) Request withdrawn (Request #------)
  example: (AM Productions) Request withdrawn (Request #149575)

Email content

The email includes:

• Buyer company name
• Event details
  (withdraw date, supplier name, event ID, shipping method)
• Event title
